Definition: The syndicate take pictures of victim withdrawing large sums of cash & relays images to other syndicate members waiting outside bank.
Steps
1. Two men with handphone enter bank & look for victims.
2. Once victim is spotted, they secretly capture images of victims
3. The men send victim's picture to other syndicate members waiting outside of the bank
4. Several syndicate members wait in a car outside the bank
5. Once receiving the picture the men follow the victim
6. They'll stop the victim & rob them
