I tried to write something about this funny fellow who always serve his customer happily. Sometimes, too happy that he keep laughing.
I always have this thought in mind that he actually talking to someone he knew & not any of the customer. The way he had the conversation is very relaxing. I envy him for enjoying his job that much.
He is a BIG senior. Surviving in call centre environment with that attitude is a bless.
How can a person be that happy? Or he's an alien from Mato?
P/S: On the second thought, Alien from Mato at least is blond. And didnt speak in language I understand.
